Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Udaipur. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, preparing and posting journal entries, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, generating invoices, monitoring payments, and preparing periodic financial reports and statements. The role also involves assisting with budgeting, cost tracking,



tax-related documentation, and compliance with relevant accounting and regulatory standards. The Accountant will collaborate with management to provide accurate financial data for decision-making and support internal audits and process improvements.
Qualifications
Strong accounting fundamentals, including experience with bookkeeping, ledger management, and account reconciliation
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP or similar tools) and MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting
Knowledge of local taxation rules, GST, and basic regulatory compliance relevant to trading and industrial supply businesses
Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong numerical aptitude
Positive organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
