This is a senior role that requires strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership in managing a team, with a focus on both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development & Execution:
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals, including digital, print, and traditional media.
Lead branding initiatives to enhance Alankaram’s presence in domestic and international luxury furniture markets.
Create strategic marketing plans for product launches, including timelines, target audience identification, and multi-channel outreach.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence:
Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media,



and online advertising.
Ensure a strong, engaging online presence through the company’s website and across social media platforms.
Develop strategies to improve website traffic, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
Manage and mentor a marketing team to achieve performance goals, foster creativity, and enhance their professional development.
Collaborate with the sales, product development, and design teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
Liaise with external agencies, designers, and other vendors for creative content and campaign execution.
Brand Positioning & Identity:
Define and manage Alankaram’s brand positioning, ensuring it aligns with market trends, company vision, and customer expectations.
