About The Role

This is a full-time remote Bookkeeper position designed for detail-oriented professionals eager to contribute to a dynamic accounting environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the daily financial operations for a diverse portfolio of clients.



Responsibilities include recording and reconciling financial transactions, maintaining accurate general ledgers, and preparing routine journal entries in accordance with established accounting standards and firm procedures. The Bookkeeper will also assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining organized, audit-ready records. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple client files efficiently while adhering to deadlines and quality standards. As a remote position, the role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work within a collaborative team environment, primarily aligned with Canadian time zones.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification - CA IPCC and B.COM Graduate.
Experience working with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online is an asset.
Strong bookkeeping skills, including maintaining general ledgers and handling day-to-day transaction recording.
