The role involves delivering engaging and practice-oriented learning in Food Production, Culinary Arts, Kitchen Operations, Food Safety & Hygiene, Menu Planning, and contemporary culinary practices, while mentoring students through hands-on training, projects, competitions, internships, and industry exposure.
Success in this role will be reflected in students who demonstrate strong culinary fundamentals, creativity, professional discipline, food safety consciousness, confidence in kitchen operations,



and the ability to meet evolving industry expectations. The faculty member will also contribute to curriculum enrichment, practical laboratory development, industry collaborations, academic initiatives, and the overall growth of the Faculty of Hotel Management.
