Job Description
Experience in SAP IS-U Billing implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
Strong knowledge of SAP IS-U Billing, Rate Configuration, Invoicing, Billing Master Data, and Device Management processes.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Configure and support billing-related business processes in SAP IS-U.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including FICA, CRM, EDM, and ABAP teams.
Create functional specifications and support development activities.
Perform testing, defect resolution, and support UAT activities.
Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
Support end-to-end utility billing processes and system integrations.
Required Skills
Solid expertise in SAP IS-U Billing.
Experience in Rate Determination, Billing Schemas, Invoicing, and Print Workbench.
Knowledge of SAP IS-U integration with FICA, CRM, and Meter-to-Cash processes.
Experience in implementation, rollout, support, and enhancement projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
