The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Python Architect / Developer who will work like an early engineer in a startup environment, while having the data, users, operational complexity, and resources of an established business. You will design, code, deploy, debug, and operate systems yourself, with meaningful influence over architecture, product direction, and engineering practices. The role requires strong hands-on Python development along with the ability to design scalable architectures, build AI/GenAI solutions, integrate enterprise systems, and take end-to-end ownership of production systems.

Responsibilities:
Design and lead scalable, secure, high-performance Python-based applications, platforms and microservices.
Define solution architecture, system design, design patterns and technology choices for complex business requirements.
