You'll own backend systems end to end, with no layer of process between you and what ships.
What you'll do
Build and own backend services powering personalised daily guidance for 1M+ MAUs (moving to 10M+ in under 6 months)
Ship AI/ML features into production: voice agents, chat systems, recommendation and memory engines
Design systems that hold up under real user load
Must have
Strong Python and Node.js
Production AI/ML experience
Track record of automating key workflows and owning systems solo
Big plus
Founding engineer at a fast-growing startup
Built and shipped with limited guidance, ran your own stack
Workflow automation experience (n8n or similar)
