Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Coordinator role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Coordinator will support daily sales operations by managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate records of orders and deliveries. The role involves coordinating with the sales team, production, and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements. The Sales Coordinator will interact with customers, respond to follow-ups, and assist in resolving issues to maintain strong client relationships.



The position also includes preparing basic reports, updating CRM or sales databases, and supporting the implementation of sales initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage orders, documentation, and internal coordination.
Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, follow-ups, and relationship management.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with customers and internal teams.
Experience in furniture, interiors, or related sectors is beneficial, along with basic proficiency in MS Office and sales tools.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
