Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Marketing Executive to support business growth through lead generation, client engagement, field marketing activities, and project promotion. The ideal candidate should have experience in the real estate or construction industry and possess strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads through field activities, referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct regular field visits to identify business opportunities and build local market presence.
• Coordinate with prospective clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Convert inquiries into potential business opportunities through effective communication and relationship management.
• Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective customers.
• Explain project features, construction services,



pricing, and value propositions to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling and project updates.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and local influencers.
• Support promotional activities, events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
• Achieve assigned lead generation and conversion targets.

Requirements & Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
• Preference will be given to candidates from the Real Estate or Construction industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle client interactions professionally.
• Experience in lead generation, lead conversion, and client follow-ups.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and site
