Role Overview

As a Senior Legal Associate,



you will play a key role in managing and supporting legal operations across Juspay products and its global entities. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and ensuring data protection compliance. This role offers hands-on exposure to the legal challenges of operating a quick-scaling fintech company across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial Contracts
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including SaaS contracts, partnerships and technology service agreements
Provide risk-based, business-enabling legal advice to stakeholders
Maintain a centralized contract repository and track contract lifecycle and obligations

2. Regulatory & Compliance (India + International)
Monitor developments in the fintech and payments space and assist with compliance frameworks• Coordinate with external stakeholders on audit queries.

3. Global Legal & Corporate Governance
Support legal documentation and compliance for subsidiaries in Singap
