We are seeking an experienced Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Developer with 6+ years of experience in digital analytics implementation, tag management, and eCommerce tracking. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing end-to-end analytics solutions, designing scalable data layers, configuring GTM, and delivering actionable business insights for online commerce platforms. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, marketing teams, and development teams to enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics Implementation & Tag Management
Design, implement, and maintain tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Configure and manage tags, triggers, variables, and custom events across websites and mobile web applications.
Define and implement robust Data Layer architectures for scalable analytics implementations.
Develop tracking specifications and implementation documentation.




Ensure accurate collection of customer behavioral and conversion data.
eCommerce Analytics
Implement and maintain GA4 Enhanced eCommerce Tracking.
Configure tracking for:
Product Impressions
Product Detail Views
Search Tracking
Add/Remove from Cart
Checkout Funnel Tracking
Promotions & Campaign Tracking
Purchases & Revenue Attribution
Refund & Cancellation Tracking
Analyze customer journeys, abandonment points, and conversion funnels.
Support business teams in understanding customer behavior and sales performance.
Reporting & Insights
Develop analytics dashboards using:
Looker Studio
GA4 Reporting
BigQuery (preferred)
Monitor KPIs related to:
Revenue
Conversion Rate
Cart Abandonment
Customer Acquisition
Campaign Performance
Provide actionable recommendations to improve digital experiences and conversions.
Validation & Quality Assurance
Perform QA and validation using:
GTM Preview Mode
GA4 DebugView
