Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in the Study Abroad Industry
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Country Specialist with robust knowledge of a specific study destination. The candidate will be responsible for student counseling, university and course selection, application processing, admissions guidance,



and maintaining strong knowledge of the assigned country's education and visa processes.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities in the assigned country.
Guide students in university, course, and program selection.
Handle end-to-end application processing and documentation.
Assist students with SOPs, LORs, CVs, and other admission documents.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of university applications.
Guide students regarding visa documentation and interview preparation.
Stay updated on university requirements, immigration policies, scholarships, and admission changes.
Coordinate with university representatives and participate in training sessions and webinars.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups with students and parents.
Maintain accurate student records and application status in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Visa, Documentation, Admissions, and Operations teams for smooth processing.
