ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Associate – US Insurance Operations (L2), you will independently manage complex benefits and claims-support activities. Your responsibilities will include reviewing documentation, conducting provider outreach, managing case follow-ups, resolving processing exceptions, and maintaining accurate records.
You will work across multiple workflows, ensure compliance with established quality and productivity standards,



support junior associates, and contribute to process-improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process complex benefits-administration and claims-support activities with minimal supervision.
• Review claims and supporting documentation to determine appropriate next steps.
• Contact providers and stakeholders to obtain missing or required information.
• Manage case follow-ups and resolve outstanding requests within defined timelines.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve processing exceptions.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready case documentation.
• Meet quality, productivity, compliance, and service-level standards.
• Support multiple insurance products, processes, and workflows.
• Assist with coaching, training, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Escalate complex issues to leadership when necessary.
• Recommend process improvements and operational-efficienc
