Growthflix Media is hiring an HR Intern ?
? Location: Noida Sector 62
? Work Mode: Full-time, Work from Office
⏳ Duration: 3 Months
? Stipend: ₹5,000/month
What you'll do:
Assist with recruitment and hiring processes
Source and shortlist candidates
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
Help build and maintain HR processes and systems
Support day-to-day HR operations
What we're looking for:
Strong english communication and people skills
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Proactive and comfortable taking ownership
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR
Someone who wants to build a career in HR
Freshers are welcome

Important: Candidates should have completed their degree and be comfortable working full time from our Noida office.
