At Raise, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about people, processes and creating a great employee experience. As a part of the HR team, you’ll work closely with HR and business teams to support day-to-day HR operations, ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes, and help build efficient and employee-friendly HR practices.

What You’ll Do:





Support the HR team in monthly payroll preparation, validation and coordination with Finance/payroll partners.
Ensure timely and accurate employee data updates in HRMS/Keka.
Support employee documentation for onboarding, transfers and exits.
Coordinate BGV processes, follow up on pending cases and maintain BGV records.
Maintain leave and attendance records and support resolution of employee queries.
Support F&F;, loans, reimbursements and employee perks processes.
Maintain employee master data, HR trackers and organisation charts.
Support performance and appraisal activities, including KRA updates and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain regular HR reports and trackers.
Support compensation benchmarking by gathering market data, preparing comparisons and maintaining compensation trackers.
