Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and conduct lead generation activities through calls, emails, networking, and digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their HR requirements, presenting Empowerhrsolutions’ services, preparing proposals,



and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closure. The role also involves nurturing existing accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, tracking sales performance metrics, and contributing to sales strategies and market expansion initiatives.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal.
Candidates should possess abilities in relationship building, negotiation, and client presentation.
Prior experience in B2B sales, ideally in HR services, consulting, or related professional services, is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
