Role Description
The Academic Counsellor at EduKyu will provide guidance to prospective and current learners on suitable academic programs, courses, and training options aligned with their career goals.
This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves conducting counselling sessions, understanding learner aspirations, and recommending appropriate higher education and skill-development pathways. The Academic Counsellor will handle inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings, support applicants through the admission and enrollment process, and maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to stay updated on program offerings, conducting information sessions or presentations, and providing feedback on learner needs to help enhance EduKyu’s academic solutions.
