Role Description The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) is a full time,



on-site role based in Nashik and is responsible for providing continuous medical support to guests and team members. The RMO will conduct initial assessments, routine check-ups, and follow-up consultations, while coordinating closely with Ayurveda, naturopathy, yoga, and nutrition professionals to ensure integrated care plans. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring guest health status, managing medical records, handling minor emergencies, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards. The RMO will also educate guests on preventive health, wellness therapies, and lifestyle modifications, and provide clear documentation and communication with senior medical consultants when required. Participation in multidisciplinary case discussions, health talks, and quality improvement initiatives is expected.
Qualifications
Relevant medical qualification (BAMS/ BNYS, MBBS or equivalent) with valid registration from the appropriate medical council.
