Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, overseeing paid and organic lead generation initiatives, analyzing web analytics data, and coordinating with creative and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.



The Digital Marketing Manager will also monitor performance against KPIs, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements to enhance ROI. Collaboration with sales and account management teams to align marketing activities with business objectives is an integral part of the role.
Qualifications

Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience planning and managing multi-channel campaigns.
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including strategy development, content coordination, and performance tracking.
Experience with Lead Generation tactics across paid and organic channels, and optimizing funnels for conversion.
Ability to work with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure performance, interpret data, and inform strategy.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
