Role Description The Cafe Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the team member will handle daily cafe operations, including greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting menu items, following food safety and hygiene standards, and keeping service areas clean and organized. The role also involves managing basic cashier duties, coordinating with kitchen staff, restocking supplies, and supporting smooth service during peak hours. Cafe Staff are expected to deliver consistent, friendly customer service and contribute to an efficient, well-run cafe that aligns with Tinge’s hospitality standards.
Qualifications
Solid food preparation and food & beverage handling skills, with attention to quality and presentation.




Experience in food service and customer service, with the ability to interact courteously and professionally with guests.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, including proper storage, handling, and cleanliness standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, including standing for extended periods and managing multiple tasks.
Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) operation skills.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with team members and supervisors.
Prior experience in cafes, restaurants, or food & beverage outlets is preferred but not mandatory.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
