We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager who can build content as a growth engine — across SEO, brand, sales enablement and demand generation.

What You'll Do

Content Strategy & Execution
Own Onsurity's content strategy across blogs, articles, long-form content, case studies, thought leadership and sales enablement.
Build content across the funnel — from awareness and organic acquisition to consideration and conversion.
Identify content opportunities based on customer insights, business priorities, industry trends and competitor analysis.
Work with internal teams and subject matter experts to turn complex topics into clear, compelling content.

SEO & Organic Growth
Build and execute an SEO-led content strategy to grow organic traffic and qualified leads.
Conduct keyword research,



identify content gaps and build topic clusters around priority business areas.
Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Track content performance and continuously optimise existing content for rankings, traffic and conversions.
Stay updated on AI search, GEO/AEO and how LLMs are changing content discovery.

Sales & Business Enablement
Work closely with Sales and Business teams to understand customer pain points, objections and use cases.
Create case studies, one-pagers, sales decks, product explainers, industry reports and other content that helps Sales convert prospects.
Develop thought leadership around insurance, employee advantages, HR, healthcare and the future of work.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Product Marketing, SEO, Growth, Sales, Design and Leadership.
Bring customer and market insights back into the content strategy.
