Role Description

The Associate Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru/Pune, responsible for driving sales growth and supporting business development for Transwind’s solutions. Each day, the role involves identifying and qualifying leads, engaging with prospective and existing clients, and presenting product features and benefits tailored to customer requirements. The Associate Sales Manager will manage the sales pipeline, prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate terms,



and follow through to order closure in coordination with internal teams. The role also includes conducting market research, tracking competitor activity, maintaining accurate sales records, and preparing regular reports and forecasts. Collaboration with production, service, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and long-term account retention is an essential part of the position.

Qualifications
Solid skills in B2B sales, client relationship management, and account development in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
Ability to understand technical products, interpret specifications, and communicate solutions clearly to customers.
Experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and sales reporting using CRM or similar tools.
Effective negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with a focus on consultative selling.
