Position Title: Associate Director Recruitment (Leadership)
Reports To: Partner
Recruitment Levels: Leadership
Location: Mumbai (Dadar)
Experience: 10-15 years of experience across Recruitment & Business Partnering within a professional services firm/similar.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Associate Director to manage recruitment & business partnering for leadership roles across service lines. The role will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders, defining hiring needs, managing interview processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and define hiring needs.
Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and translate them into effective hiring strategies and initiatives.
Create and manage recruitment plans to ensure timely closures against open requisitions.
Conduct detailed screening interviews, evaluate candidate suitability, and present structured summaries to business stakeholders.




Schedule interviews in coordination with stakeholders and candidates; ensure feedback is recorded and shared promptly.
Drive the interview process from start to offer, including alignment on CTC, negotiation, and pre offer checks.
Provide a superior candidate experience and ensure all communication is timely and professional.
Contribute to process improvement and recruitment effectiveness metrics.

Key Requirements:
10-15 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in a skilled services or consulting environment.
Proven experience in independently managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
Proven ability to influence and build credibility across leadership.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience in using HR analytics to drive decisions.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
