Role Description The Beauty Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun, responsible for delivering high-quality,



professional beauty and wellness training to students. The trainer will plan and conduct theory and practical sessions across areas such as makeup, skin, hair, and basic cosmetology, ensuring adherence to UK International’s curriculum and international standards. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating techniques, supervising hands-on practice, assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a safe, hygienic training environment. The role also involves mentoring learners on professional ethics, client handling, and salon readiness, along with supporting examinations, workshops, events, and industry interactions. Collaboration with academic coordinators and management to update course content, track student progress, and contribute to continuous improvement of training outcomes is expected.
