QA Engineer – ETL Testing

Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous QA Engineer to ensure the quality, usability, and accuracy of ETL Testing. This role involves planning and executing both manual and automated tests, documenting defects, and collaborating.

Key Responsibilities
Solid experience in Automation Testing.
Hands-on experience in ETL Testing.
Advanced-level SQL skills.
Good working knowledge of Python.
Experience in preparing test strategy, test planning, test execution, defect management, and overall testing workflow.
Ability to independently manage and lead testing activities across the project lifecycle.
Strong communication and coordination skills to work with business, development, and testing teams.
Identify and Document Bugs: Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, providing clear bug reports.
Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features or bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
Collaboration: Work within an Agile environment,



providing details needed for testing and reviewing test plans with the QA team and developers.
Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve the testing process, identifying areas for enhancement in quality and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in functional testing, both manual and automation, with a specific command of UI and front-end testing.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, Jest) and browser debugging tools.
Experience with testing across multiple browsers and platforms, including mobile devices.
Knowledge of SQL for backend data validation in reports.
Exposure to API testing (Postman, SoapUI) is a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Design, or a related field.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
