Role Summary
The Lead TA is expected to consistently close open positions on time without compromising on the quality of hires, ensuring both speed and precision go hand in hand. Proactively maintain the health and accuracy of the hiring software (ATS/HRMS), with clean data and system reliability as a non-negotiable operating standard.Overall, success in this role means consistently bringing in fast, high-quality talent, driving increasing efficiency across the workplace, and building a highly performance-driven team that fuels the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting-Own end-to-end hiring from requisition to offer closure, consistently closing positions within agreed SLAs (e.g., 30–45 days) without compromising on quality, directly preventing revenue loss from unfilled critical/leadership roles.
