ABOUT THE ROLE:
Sri Krishna Education Trust (Shishya Schools & Minerva Colleges) is looking for a hands-on HR professional to be the single owner of the Trust's people function — recruitment, onboarding, training & development, and day-to-day HR processes across all schools and colleges. This is an individual-contributor, generalist HR role reporting to the Chief of Staff, working closely with
school leadership, principals, academic heads, and administration to build a strong, well-trained, and well-governed workforce across the Trust's institutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Recruitment: Own end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff across the Trust — manpower planning, sourcing, screening,



interview coordination, offer rollout, and closure within agreed timelines.
● Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring/seasonal hiring needs (new academic year, admissions season) in coordination with principals and department heads.
● Design and run a structured onboarding and induction programme for new joiners, ensuring smooth integration into the Trust's culture and processes.
● Training & Development: Plan, coordinate, and track the annual training & development calendar for teaching and non-teaching staff, including pedagogy, compliance, safety, and soft-skills programmes.
● Identify training needs in consultation with academic leadership and external experts/agencies, and manage the training budget.
● Maintain training records, feedback, and effectiveness tracking for all programmes conducted across schools and colleges.
