Company Description MyDomu is a property management platform designed for India’s PG Hostel Owners , and apartment community, helping them manage their entire operation from a Cloud based ERP system. The platform streamlines property, room, and bed inventory, guest onboarding and KYC, bed assignment, checkout, rent collection with online payments, maintenance requests, groceries, and resident community engagement. MyDomu focuses on improving occupancy, ensuring timely rent collection, speeding up issue resolution, and delivering a modern app-based experience in English, Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil.
Role Description The Senior Field Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves identifying and prospecting paying guest, hostel, and apartment operators, conducting in-person meetings and product demos, and building strong relationships with property owners and managers. The Senior Field Sales Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and onboarding support.



Daily responsibilities include visiting customer sites, understanding operational challenges, presenting tailored MyDomu solutions, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets. The role also includes gathering market feedback, collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings, and representing MyDomu at local industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong field sales and business development skills, with experience in B2B or SaaS product sales, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or property management.
Proficiency in lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
