Role Overview
We are seeking a confident, organized, and execution-focused HR Operations Executive who will play a key role in managing and strengthening HR operations across the group. This role is ideal for someone who can bring structure to HR processes, manage recruitment coordination efficiently, and maintain strong HR documentation and compliance systems.
The selected candidate will work closely with management and department heads to ensure smooth HR operations, organized hiring processes,



and professional employee management practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized employee records, HR documentation, and staff files.
• Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation verification.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
• Support management in building and implementing HR systems, SOPs, and internal policies.
• Monitor and maintain attendance records, leave management, and HR compliance documentation.
• Maintain HR databases, recruitment trackers, and employee reports for management review.
• Ensure qualified internal HR communication and coordination across departments.
