Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join us as MIS Executives. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data and want to build their career in data management and reporting. You will be trained to use Google Sheets and other tools to organize information, prepare reports, and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and update data in Google Sheets with accuracy.
Prepare easy reports and dashboards for different teams.
Learn and apply formulas and functions in Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Assist in automating routine reports and processes.
Support teams by providing data insights when required.




Ensure data is kept secure and confidential.
Collaborate with colleagues to understand reporting needs.
Receive training on Google Apps Script and advanced reporting tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or any related field.
0 – 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Drive).
Interest in learning advanced formulas and automation.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
