Role Description
This full-time Human Resources Manager role is a onsite position based in Noida.The Human Resources Manager will lead end-to-end HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for a creative, fast-paced agency environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing employee relations, coordinating learning and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards. The role involves partnering with leadership to build a solid organizational culture, supporting managers with HR best practices, and implementing processes that promote diversity, inclusion, and well-being. The Human Resources Manager will also oversee HR operations such as payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR data and reporting.

Qualifications
Strong human resources generalist skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Experience designing and implementing HR policies, procedures,



and compliance frameworks, preferably within a creative or agency environment.
Proficiency in HR operations such as payroll coordination, benefits administration, HRIS tools, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement, learning and development initiatives, and culture-building activities.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
Familiarity with Indian labor laws and HR best practices; experience in social media, marketing, or creative industries is a plus.
