Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Coimbatore. The Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain backend and full-stack features that power the Innovation Hacks platform and related tools. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, implementing APIs, integrating AI services, optimizing performance, and collaborating with product, design,



and community teams to deliver reliable solutions. The role also involves reviewing code, improving development processes, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to technical documentation and best practices. The engineer is expected to participate in brainstorming sessions, support hackathon-related technical initiatives, and continuously enhance system scalability and reliability.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Hands-on experience in Software Development and Programming, with proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar).
Practical skills in Back-End Web Development, including building and maintaining APIs, working with databases, and integrating services.
