Our team combines deep technical expertise with customer-centric sales strategies to drive adoption of rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems. As we expand our footprint nationwide, we’re seeking a dynamic Solar Sales Coordinator to streamline operations, accelerate conversions, and support our mission to make solar energy accessible to every Indian household.

Role & Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end solar sales pipeline—from lead generation to site assessment, proposal finalization, and handover to installation teams.
Manage CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) to track customer interactions, update deal stages, and generate weekly sales reports.
Collaborate with technical engineers to ensure accurate system sizing, financing options, and ROI calculations for customer proposals.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email,



and in-person visits; resolve objections and guide prospects through decision-making.
Schedule and accompany sales executives on site visits; document client requirements, roof conditions, and billing structures.
Support marketing initiatives by providing sales feedback, refining pitch decks, and participating in community solar awareness drives.
