Role Description The AI/ML Engineer role at Teclusion is a full-time hybrid position based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for partial work from home.

An AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in LangChain and LangGraph is primarily hired to build Agentic AI—systems capable of autonomous reasoning, complex branching workflows, and cyclic execution loop processing

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, with the ability to design efficient, scalable solutions.
Experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including practical work on deep learning architectures.
Solid understanding of Statistics and probability, applied to data analysis, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in AI/ML programming languages and frameworks (e.g.,



Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production environments, preferably in NLP or Computer Vision.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps practices (e.g., CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, containerization) is an advantage.
Robust problem-solving skills, clean coding practices, and the ability to work collaboratively in diverse, inclusive teams.
