Roles and Responsibilities:
Engineering Delivery Lead multiple Integration engineering teams delivering solutions across Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP) technologies including Kafka, SnapLogic, Azure API Management, and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
Drive predictable and high-quality delivery by managing planning, execution, dependencies, risks, and release activities. Ensure engineering teams consistently deliver against sprint, program, and transformation commitments while maintaining high quality standards. Track and improve delivery KPIs including velocity, lead time, deployment frequency, defect leakage, platform availability, and incident trends.
People Leadership Build, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams through coaching, technical guidance, and regular performance feedback. Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Support career development,



succession planning, and capability building across the Integration engineering organization. Drive recruitment, onboarding, and skills development aligned to the Integration technology roadmap.

Job Description:
Technical Leadership Provide technical guidance to engineering teams on implementation approaches, coding standards, integration patterns, and operational best practices. Partner with Architects to translate solution designs into executable implementation plans. Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and engineering quality assessments. Promote engineering best practices including reusable components, secure coding, testing automation, and documentation. Delivery Enablement Identify and proactively remove technical, organizational, and process-related blockers affecting engineering teams.
