Role Description The Gujarati Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls with customers and prospects, primarily in the Gujarati language, while also using Hindi as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining products or services, answering queries, providing basic support, and recording key details from each interaction in the system. The role involves following call scripts, meeting call and conversion targets, and maintaining a polite, clear, and professional tone at all times.



The Telecaller will coordinate with team members or supervisors to resolve customer issues and share feedback collected from calls. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills in Gujarati, with the ability to converse clearly and confidently; working knowledge of Hindi and/or English is an advantage.
Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain information effectively, and maintain a professional and courteous approach with diverse customers.
Basic computer literacy, including using call management systems or CRM tools, and accurately recording call information and customer details.
Customer-focused mindset, with patience, active listening skills, and the ability to manage objections or complaints calmly.
