Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for supporting and overseeing day-to-day HR operations for Apollo Hospitals in Indore. This full time, on-site role includes administering HR policies, handling employee onboarding and documentation,



maintaining HR records and systems, and coordinating payroll and benefits processes in close collaboration with relevant departments. The role involves managing employee relations, addressing queries and concerns, and facilitating performance management and disciplinary procedures in line with organizational standards. The Human Resources Executive will also support recruitment activities, coordinate training and development initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR guidelines. The position requires regular interaction with employees and leadership to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
