About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our team at NAVNEET TOPTECH. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing and screening, sales calling, and day-to-day operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing & Recruitment

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.




Identify suitable candidates based on the job requirements and location.
Build and maintain a pipeline of relevant candidates for current and future openings.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

2. Candidate Calling & Screening – Sales Positions

Conduct calls with candidates for sales-related positions.
Explain the job role, responsibilities, location, and other relevant details to prospective candidates.
Screen candidates based on experience, skills, industry background, location, current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, and other job-specific criteria.
Shortlist suitable candidates and share relevant profiles with the concerned HR/team members.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and joining status.
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure timely closure of sales positions.

3. Interview Coordination

Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates and interview panels
