Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
Own day-to-day management of all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent brand presence.
Plan and execute weekly/monthly content calendars aligned to campaigns and business goals.
Schedule posts, reels, stories, and campaigns using automation tools for timely publishing.
Monitor and manage engagement — comments, messages, mentions — escalating where needed.
Support content writing: captions, blogs, website copy, and campaign content.
Campaigns & Local Visibility
6. Execute digital campaigns for property launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness drives.

Manage and optimize Google My Business profiles (posts, photos, offers, review coordination) and other local search/discovery assets.
8. Keep marketplace and portal listings accurate — pricing, images, and descriptions.
9. Provide digital support for offline campaigns (QR codes, landing pages, tracking).
Marketing Technology & Lead Flow
10. Support lead capture forms and CRM integration with the Mark-Tech team.
11. Assist with chat automation, lead journeys, and basic marketing automation workflows.
12. Coordinate landing page content and updates with Mark-Tech and Performance Marketing.
Cross-Functional Coordination
13. Brief and review work with Content Curators, Graphic Designers, and Video Editors.
14. Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies on execution support.
15. Work with the SEO team on keyword-aligned blogs and on-page updates.
16. Support Performance Marketing with creatives, content inputs, and optimization need
