About the Role




We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Learning & Development professional to join our GCC team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing end-to-end L&D; initiatives, designing impactful learning programs, driving organizational development, and partnering with business stakeholders to build a future-ready workforce.
Candidates must possess a solid understanding of the IT industry, technology functions, and GCC operating models to effectively identify capability gaps, design relevant learning interventions, and support business transformation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
The candidate must be Post graduate.
Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC), IT Services, Technology, Product Engineering, or Digital Transformation environment.
Certifications in Learning & Development.
Experience with LMS platforms, learning analytics tools, and digital learning solutions.
