Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kollam. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with teams, clubs, event organizers, and distributors, and expanding AIDAN GLOBAL’s market presence.



Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and outreach, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in line with company guidelines. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with marketing and production teams to align offerings with client needs, track sales performance and pipeline metrics, and provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership. The role also involves attending relevant events or meetings, gathering customer feedback, and contributing ideas to improve products, services, and customer experience.
Qualifications
Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
Experience in account management and client servicing, preferably within apparel, sportswear, or related industries.
