We're looking for a detail-obsessed Data Validation Analyst to keep our HNI intelligence layer accurate and reliable.

What you'll do:
✅ Validate data against public sources
✅ Spot duplicates, outdated info & inconsistencies
✅ Build QA checklists to strengthen our data pipeline, give feedback to product team to fix data leakages
✅ Support client-facing data audits
✅ Track and report accuracy metrics

What we're looking for:
? 1+ years in data validation, research, or analyst roles
? Sharp analytical mind + obsessive attention to detail
? Strong with Excel/Sheets (SQL is a bonus), basic Python
? Good research instincts — LinkedIn, news, company sites
? Transparent written communication
