Duties and Responsibilities of O&M; Engineer

1. Performance Monitoring & PR Compliance FRYBLE • Monitor solar plant performance and maintain Performance Ratio (PR) values as per contractual terms. • Maintain plant availability and take necessary actions to minimise downtime. • Analyse daily generation reports (DGR) and monthly performance data to optimise plant efficiency. • Track generated tickets and ensure their timely resolution using available manpower and resources. • Submit daily,



weekly and monthly performance reports on time; track energy generation, grid availability and inverter efficiencies at all times.

2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance • Carryout maintenance activities as per the Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule for the calendar year. • Ensure timely completion of preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. • Diagnose and rectify faults with site teams and log complaints with respective OEMs to reduce downtime. • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement corrective actions. • Ensure proper management of spare parts and PPE inventory at the site.

3. Reporting & Documentation • Prepare and maintain reports for maintenance, cleaning. DGR, performance and other activities. • Ensure timely documentation and smooth processing Of invoices. • Submit daily, weekly and monthly checklists accuratety and on time. • Maintain proper documentaHon for all maintenance acti
