Role Description The Performance Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for monitoring and improving the performance of training programs, mentoring processes, and learner outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing learner progress data, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with trainers to refine course content and delivery.



The Performance Manager will develop performance metrics, track key indicators, and prepare regular reports and recommendations for management. The role also involves collaborating with operations and finance teams to ensure effective resource allocation and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the institute.
