Location: Pune, India
Experience
3-5 years of experience
3–5 years of hands-on experience building and deploying Gen AI solutions in production-grade applications
Experience working collaboratively and independently as part of a project team
Responsibilities
Develop AI applications and cloud-native solutions
Work with the Data & AI practice on advanced analytics solutions from traditional ML to deep learning, Computer Vision, Gen AI, and automation
Collaborate with Product Management to elicit GenAI use-case requirements and evaluate approaches
Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI applications for real-world business problems
Own the end-to-end AI lifecycle including requirements, solution design, model and tool selection, prompt optimization, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
Build and orchestrate Agentic AI systems with reasoning, planning, and tool usage
Develop scalable GenAI services using Python, REST/GraphQL APIs, background jobs, and event-driven systems
Deploy GenAI solutions to production using cloud-native architectures
Apply MLOps/LLMOps best practices for GenAI workflows
Explore recent tools, technologies, papers, and frameworks in the GenAI domain
Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the AI/ML team
Mentor and guide junior team members
