Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack & AI Support Engineer who can lead L2/L3 application support and engineering activities.
The candidate will act as a primary customer-facing technical lead responsible for incident management, release coordination, stakeholder communication, RCA leadership, application stability and continuous improvement initiatives.
The role requires solid expertise in Java Microservices, Spring Boot, GCP, GKE, Kubernetes and AI-enabled application support, along with the ability to drive technical governance and coordinate with offshore teams for 24x7 operational support.
