Western India Cashew Company Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Manager – Manufacturing with a strong background in FMCG/Food Processing to lead manufacturing operations at the PTV Unit. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring safe, productive, and cost-effective manufacturing while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, productivity, and statutory compliance. Based on demonstrated performance, leadership capability, and business requirements, the incumbent may subsequently be entrusted with the operational responsibility of additional manufacturing units within the organization

Reportes to the incumbent (PTV units):
• Manager – 3 no’s • Operation Team – 25 no’s

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Operations • Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations of the PTV Unit. • Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, GMP, and food safety standards. • Monitor daily production plans and optimize plant efficiency.



• Ensure maximum equipment utilization and manufacturing throughput.

Productivity & Cost Management • Improve productivity through continuous improvement initiatives. • Monitor and reduce manufacturing costs, wastage, rework, spillages, and process losses. • Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, utilities, and raw materials.

Quality & Compliance • Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems, Food Safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and statutory requirements. • Work closely with the Quality & Food Safety team to maintain customer and regulatory compliance. • Ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions arising from audits.

Engineering & Maintenance • Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. • Ensure high machine availability and minimum production downtime. • Support automation and process improvement initiatives.

Planning & Inventory • Coordinate with Planning, Purchas
