Role Overview
We're looking for a Brand Strategist who understands how brands grow in today's connected world. Someone who can think beyond campaigns, understand what makes people care about brands, and translate business objectives into marketing strategies that work across digital and offline channels.
You will work closely with account management, creative,



and performance teams to build strategies that address client objectives across brand building, engagement, lead generation, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Develop brand and marketing strategies that align with client business goals and campaign objectives.
Understand the client's business, category, audience, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
Define brand positioning, messaging, communication frameworks, and campaign approaches.
Build integrated marketing plans across social media, search, content, influencer marketing, paid media, and other relevant channels.
Translate client briefs into transparent strategic direction for creative, content, media, and performance teams.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns stay true to the strategy throughout planning and execution.
Review campaign performance, identify what's working (and what isn't), and recommend improve
