Role Description The Head of Sales will lead and grow the sales function, overseeing end-to-end sales strategy, planning, and execution for Hiteshi Infotech Pvt. Ltd. This is a full time, on-site role based in Indore,



responsible for building and managing high-performing sales teams, setting revenue targets, and driving consistent pipeline growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining sales processes, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating closely with leadership, marketing, and delivery teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, forecasting sales, preparing reports and presentations, and implementing data-driven improvements to sales operations. The Head of Sales will also represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events, ensuring strong, long-term customer relationships.
