Role Description The Head of Marketing will lead the overall marketing strategy and execution for Mihup.ai, shaping brand positioning and market presence in the Voice AI space. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru includes developing integrated marketing plans, managing campaigns across digital and offline channels, and ensuring alignment with business and revenue goals.



The role involves overseeing market research and competitive analysis, guiding product marketing initiatives, and collaborating with sales, product, and leadership teams to drive pipeline growth. The Head of Marketing will manage the marketing team, optimize budgets, track performance metrics, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights. Day-to-day responsibilities also include content and communication oversight, PR and thought leadership initiatives, and representing the brand at key industry events.
Qualifications
Robust expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management, with a track record of building and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
Demonstrated experience in Market Research, including customer insights, competitor analysis, and segmentation to inform positioning and go-to-market decisions.
